The 18 of January I did send you a letter, but as I have received no answer I must believe it is lost, and I will repeat my letter –
Since I wrote my first letter to you . I have bought two pictures for myself
One a head of the savior by Zurbaran . a study for one of the pictures at the museum here in Sevilla – The other one is by Goya – a half figure, a man in a red mantle
