Dear Sir,
We beg to thank for the letter of Mrs. Willumsen, which came duly to hand. If you have heard nothing more from Mr. Gurlitt about your exhibition in his saloon, we think you have no engagement more with him

and you are free and may dispose again of your collection.
We should now like very much to arrange with you for an exhibition of your works here in the autumn – winter season /: for instance one or two months before christmas :/, we could fix the exact date later, when we know how many pictures etc. you will send; we shall also accept your conditions, that is: we pay all the costs of the transport and insurance. We take generally 15% commission for sold pictures and

20% for sculptures, we think we may do the same with your works and you could rise a little your prices, if you think it is necessary.
If you wish it, you can also hang or arrange your collection after your taste.
